These terms apply to jackyeclayton.com, including the Talent Lab tools, inquiry and booking forms, the newsletter, and paid coaching sessions offered by Jackye Clayton. By using the site or buying a session, you agree to these terms.
Paid sessions are one-time purchases. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page before you pay, and applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
After payment, you will be taken to a page where you choose your session time. Each purchase covers the session described at checkout, delivered by video call.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and are never received or stored by this site. Charges appear on your statement as JACKYECLAYTON.COM.
If you need to reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation or email jackyeclayton@gmail.com. An unused session canceled at least 24 hours before its booked time is eligible for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours and completed sessions are not refundable; if something urgent came up, email me and I'll review rescheduling options. For a Coaching Package, sessions that are neither booked nor used are refundable at the package rate per session; a package session that is already booked follows the same 24-hour cancellation rule as an individual session. If a session cannot be delivered, you may choose a full refund or a new time. Duplicate charges are refunded in full. Approved refunds are processed within five business days and returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. A refunded purchase no longer includes that session booking.
The Talent Lab tools, articles, and newsletter are provided for educational and professional development purposes. Results generated by the tools are suggestions to review, not guarantees of hiring outcomes. Please credit Jackye Clayton when sharing content from this site.
