This policy describes the personal information collected through jackyeclayton.com (including the Talent Lab tools, inquiry and booking forms, and the Who Gets Hired project), how that information is used, the parties it is disclosed to, the method of disclosure, and the security practices used to safeguard it.
Inquiry, booking, and project forms. When you submit an inquiry, book a session, or take part in the Who Gets Hired project, we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to share, such as your organization, role, and the message you send. Some forms also ask optional questions about your hiring challenges.
Newsletter. When you subscribe, we collect your email address (and name if you provide it) to send updates about HR insights, career strategy, and industry trends.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. We receive your name, email address, the session purchased, and the payment status, so we can deliver the session you bought and handle refunds.
Scheduling. If you choose a meeting time, scheduling is handled by Calendly. We receive your name, email address, and the time you selected.
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, deliver the session or service you purchased, send confirmations and follow-up emails you have asked for or that relate to your inquiry, deliver newsletter content you subscribed to, and improve the site and its tools. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We disclose personal information only to the service providers needed to run this site and deliver services:

Information is transmitted to these service providers electronically over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) when you submit a form, complete a payment, or schedule a meeting. No personal information is publicly posted or otherwise disclosed outside the providers listed above.
All traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Form responses are stored in a restricted database with row-level security so only the site owner can read them. We never store full card numbers or payment credentials — payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Access keys and credentials are kept server-side and are not stored in your browser.
We record anonymous activity, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked and which tools are used, to understand what recruiters and talent leaders need. When you submit a Talent Lab tool, we save an anonymous summary of your answers (for example, the type of hiring challenge and role level). We do not save your typed answers, and names, companies and email addresses are removed before any summary is saved.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted by emailing jackyeclayton@gmail.com, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
