Biography
Jackye Clayton is an HR, people and talent management consultant who works across people strategy, talent operations, employee experience, HR technology and responsible AI. Over more than 15 years she has led talent acquisition and people functions inside HR technology companies, advised founders and buyers on product and adoption, and covered the HR technology market as a writer and podcast host.
Today she helps organizations identify where their people systems are breaking down and build practical solutions that leaders and teams can sustain. She is the creator of Talent Lab™, a practical framework for designing talent acquisition systems, and People Puzzles™, her work on human-centered hiring.
Jackye also speaks and hosts at HR and recruiting conferences, moderates panels on responsible AI in hiring, and publishes analysis for practitioners rather than vendors. She serves as Chairperson of the board of Communities In Schools of the Heart of Texas.
